A Delaware judge today approved plans for Hard Rock Park to auction off the property and assets in part or in whole on December 15. The park has set $35 million as the minimum bid for the entire complex.  The bidders must prove they have enough money and experience to run the business, according to court documents filed in Delaware bankruptcy court.  The winning bidder must put down $3.5 million in cash for a down payment. The $400 million park filed for bankruptcy in September.
