Regulars at a County fair in the Poconos will notice a few changes this year. Some new attractions and plans are in the works at the Wayne County fairgrounds. Tents are going up at the Wayne County fairgrounds, north of Honesdale. "We like to scrub, we like to make it as pretty as we possibly can to make it inviting to the customers who know us well here," said Brenda Shimmel of Michaels Concessions. For food vendors, the Wayne County Fair is the start of a season full of Pennsylvania fairs. "This is a good ol' hometown fair, so I believe we'll see some people," Shimmel added.
